At the heart of the program is Echoes of Eureka, a groundbreaking seven-movement opera by Eric Tuan that sheds light on the forced expulsion of Chinese immigrants in 1885 Eureka, California. You'll also hear the repertoire of Estonian national and folk songs that Ensemble will perform with 30,000 other voices at the Estonian Song Festival, the world's largest choral singing event, alongside traditional PEBCC favorites.
